The Challenge
Wayout Interior Design is an interior design studio with offices in Cairo and Riyadh, working across interior design, finishing and furnishing. The goal was a website that puts its interiors first, explains each service step by step, and makes it easy to get in touch or start a project.
The site had to work in English and Arabic, with the Arabic layout mirrored right to left rather than just translated, and on phones as well as desktops. It also had to carry a lot of content, from large interior photos and detailed services to projects and blog posts, without feeling crowded.
This case study shows individual work by Nahj team members, delivered across various roles and companies. It was not a Nahj studio project.
Our Approach
- Design system — Styles and icons set up on their own Design System and Icons pages in the Figma file, for every screen to reuse.
- Page structure — Eight desktop pages under one navigation: home, about, services, projects, project details, blog, blog details and contact.
- Desktop UI — Every page built around large interior photography, white space and the brand's deep teal.
- Arabic RTL — The home page designed in Arabic and mirrored right to left, down to the services carousel.
- Mobile — Home and services pages adapted for phones, with an open-menu state that highlights the current page.
Core Features
- Full-width hero — The logo, tagline and a Get In Touch button over a full-width interior photo.
- Services carousel — Photo cards for each service on a teal band, with arrows and a View All button.
- Rooms at a glance — Living room, bedroom, lounge, kitchen and guest room, each as a tall photo panel.
- Four steps per service — Each service on the services page split into four numbered steps, such as needs assessment and timeline planning.
- Story and values — The about page pairs the studio's story with its key figures and mission, vision, goal and value panels.
- Projects gallery — A grid of projects with a details page, and a Place Your Project tile to start a new one.
- Arabic switch — An AR switch in the header and a home page mirrored right to left.
- Mobile menu — A compact header with a menu icon that opens every page, with the current one highlighted.
