The Challenge

Awn came to us as an app that didn't work. The earlier build was unfinished and unstable, and it wasn't ready for real patients, while the business behind it, connecting families in Egypt to urgent care at contracted hospitals, was waiting to launch.

The job was to take over existing code, find out what was broken and why, finish the product, add what the business actually needed, and put it into production on infrastructure that would hold: the app, the admin panel and the server.

Our Approach

1. Audit — Studied the existing app, admin panel and server to find what was broken and why.
2. Stabilise — Fixed the problems that kept the app from working reliably.
3. Complete — Finished the product end to end, in Arabic and English.
4. New features — Added new features that improve the business.
5. Infrastructure — Improved the infrastructure behind the app, the admin panel and the server.
6. Production launch — Shipped to the App Store and Google Play, then kept improving after launch.

التحدي

وصلنا تطبيق عون وهو لا يعمل. كانت النسخة السابقة غير مكتملة وغير مستقرة ولا تصلح لمرضى حقيقيين، بينما كان المشروع نفسه، ربط الأسر في مصر بالرعاية العاجلة في المستشفيات المتعاقدة، ينتظر الإطلاق.

كانت المهمة استلام كود موجود، ومعرفة ما المعطّل ولماذا، وإكمال المنتج، وإضافة ما يحتاجه البيزنس فعلًا، ثم إطلاقه في بيئة الإنتاج على بنية تحتية متينة: التطبيق ولوحة التحكم والسيرفر.

كيف عملنا

1. الفحص — دراسة التطبيق ولوحة التحكم والسيرفر الحاليين لمعرفة ما المعطّل ولماذا.
2. التثبيت — إصلاح المشكلات التي كانت تمنع التطبيق من العمل بشكل موثوق.
3. الإكمال — إكمال المنتج من أوله لآخره، بالعربية والإنجليزية.
4. خصائص جديدة — إضافة خصائص جديدة تمامًا تحسّن أداء البيزنس.
5. البنية التحتية — تحسين البنية التحتية للتطبيق ولوحة التحكم والسيرفر.
6. الإطلاق — الإطلاق على App Store وGoogle Play ثم التطوير المستمر بعد الإطلاق.

• فلترة وترتيب وبحث — حسب الخدمة والتقييم والمدينة واسم المستشفى.
• بلغتين بالكامل — التطبيق كله ينعكس للعربية، وليس ترجمة فقط.
• لوحة التحكم — المستشفيات والخدمات والأسعار والإشعارات ونصوص التطبيق، دون برمجة.
